Frequently asked questions
- Do you offer a full trip planning service for dialysis patients?
- Yes. Tell us your destination and dates, we match you with clinics in our network and help coordinate accommodation and activities. Use the form on this page to get started.
- What destinations can you cover?
- We currently list clinics across Spain, Portugal, France and beyond. Tell us where you want to go — if we have clinics there, we can help plan the trip.
- How much does the trip planning service cost?
- We charge a small coordination fee. Get in touch and we'll explain what is included for your specific trip.
- How far in advance should I enquire?
- For European destinations, 4–8 weeks is usually enough. For long-haul or complex itineraries, 3–6 months ahead gives the best availability.
- What information do I need to provide?
- Your dialysis schedule (sessions per week and modality), preferred travel dates, destination preference, and any special clinical requirements. The form on this page walks you through it.
- Can you arrange dialysis on a cruise?
- Yes. We can help identify clinics at port stops and advise on ship-board options. See our cruise dialysis guide for more detail.
