On any clinic's detail page, fill out the inquiry form with your personal details, treatment type, frequency, and travel dates. Check the consent box and click "Send." Your inquiry will be forwarded to the clinic via email, and they will contact you directly at the email address you provided.

Does sending an inquiry guarantee a booking?

No. Sending an inquiry does not guarantee a booking, appointment, or treatment slot. The clinic will independently review your request and decide whether to accept, modify, or decline it. We have no control over the clinic's response.

I haven't heard back from the clinic. What should I do?

Response times vary by clinic. If you haven't heard back within a few business days, we recommend contacting the clinic directly using the phone number or email listed on their profile page. Reni cannot guarantee or expedite clinic responses.

Can I cancel or modify an inquiry?

Once an inquiry is forwarded to a clinic, it cannot be cancelled or modified through our platform. If you need to make changes, please contact the clinic directly using the contact details on their profile page.

Who sees my inquiry data?

Only the clinic you selected receives your inquiry. Your data is sent via email directly to that clinic. We store a record of the inquiry for compliance purposes but do not share your data with any other clinics, advertisers, or third parties.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can request deletion of your inquiry records by contacting our support team. Please note that we cannot delete data that has already been received by a clinic. For that, you would need to contact the clinic directly.
