Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about how Reni's free dialysis clinic directory works.

What is Reni?
Reni is a free online directory that helps dialysis patients find clinics. We allow you to search, browse, and send inquiries to clinics, making it easier to plan dialysis treatment while traveling.
Is Reni a medical service?
No. Reni is a directory and inquiry-forwarding service only. We are not a healthcare provider or a booking platform. We help you find and contact clinics, but all treatment decisions and arrangements are made directly between you and the clinic.
How do I find a clinic?
Use the search bar on our Clinic Directory page. You can search by city, country, or clinic name. Clicking on a clinic will show you detailed information including location, opening hours, and contact details.
How much does Reni cost?
Reni is completely free to use. Browsing clinics, searching by destination, and sending an inquiry all cost nothing — we never charge booking fees or commission.
Which countries can I find clinics in?
Reni lists clinics across Europe, from the Greek islands and the Portuguese Algarve to the Spanish Costa del Sol, the Croatian coast, and the German coast. Browse the Clinic Directory to see every destination currently covered.
What information does each clinic profile show?
Each clinic profile lists its address, phone number, email, and opening hours, giving you everything you need to make contact and plan a visit.
Do I book my treatment through Reni?
No. Reni is a directory, not a booking platform — we give you the clinic's contact details, and you arrange treatment directly with the clinic. Our travel guides can help you prepare what to ask before you go.
Does Reni offer full trips or packages?
Reni is primarily a free directory, but we also feature organized trips when we have a confirmed partner clinic — such as our October Sicily trip. Register your interest and we'll be in touch as details are confirmed.
